I believe in getting perfect, not perfect in the sense of being without flaw, but perfect in it’s original context. at the root of perfect lies the meaning ‘to be suited with a purpose.

    we poorly translate the n.t. greek word “telios” as “perfect.” it rather means “being made complete in the fullness of love.” or something like that.
